Smart move by Angelus...I hope ALL of them come out in the next 2-3 weeks...and with that sort of price reduction...no question they are aware that only something dramatic (like much lower prices) might move a dead marketplace....but anyone contemplating "futures" better deal only with well-established retailers rather than internet ones...and merchants buying "futures" need to deal only with the 5-6 major negociants of Bordeaux that have a 20 year records of sound financials, and delivering what has been ordered...saving a few euros or dollars to get a better price for a wine you won't receive makes no sense... Neal..."internet only " businesses are impossible to evaluate,but I have never bought one bottle from them...and I buy lots of wine...I m not referring to long established retailers with noteworthy track records that might also have a web-site...virtually all do....and I suspect most of them have historically dealt with negociants that have been in the business of selling futures and delivering them for over 20 years...
